Three things you can verify without calling us. Our prices are published, from €149 a month, when the sector norm is having to ask for them. We work on the tools you already use instead of asking you to migrate, which is the main reason these projects collapse. And we publish the regulatory fit for each sector rule by rule, rather than a generic "we comply with GDPR". On top of that, the Essential and Team plans have no minimum term: if it does not pay off, you stop with thirty days notice.
Yes, because we do not start from scratch or reinvent anything. The foundation is already built and what we do is adapt it to your specific process. The 72 hours count from the moment we have the necessary access and cover one process; projects with several linked automations take a little longer.
No. That is precisely the approach: the AI connects to your email, your CRM, your WhatsApp, your spreadsheets or your ERP and works there. Switching systems is expensive, slow and the main reason these projects fail.
No. We work with enterprise usage modes that contractually exclude training on client data. The information is also hosted on European infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign the data processing agreement and a confidentiality agreement before touching anything.
We implement the technical and organisational measures the regulation requires: data minimisation, access control, traceability, informing the user when they interact with an AI system, and human oversight on significant decisions. Formal compliance is validated by your advisers or your data protection officer, with whom we work directly.
No. You explain the process the way you would explain it to someone joining the company, and we handle the rest. Training is included in every plan and is designed for people who are not technical.
It is designed assuming it will. Sensitive tasks (sending money, signing, communicating something delicate) always go through human validation, and the system logs what it does so it can be reviewed. On routine tasks we measure accuracy continuously and adjust when needed.
On the Essential and Team plans, no: it is monthly and you stop whenever you want. On the Enterprise plan it depends on the scope of the project and is defined in the contract, because it usually involves custom development.
